Hey! I'm baaack!!!

So...um..
I just found out that I have insomnia, GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) and I'm a messed up freak. I mean, a messed up person! Heh

My best friend was the one that started to realize it when she kinda notices that I kept being weird and acted like a mother hen. So she went online and found out about GAD and we both went to see a friend's mother of mine who is a retired doctor.

And guess what?

I have GAD!! Hip-hip! Hooray!

Thanks to my friends who helped me about with it and such. I am such a loser! (;P)

I would like to keep writing in here coz I am sure my mom would still like it if I reaalllly did something (anything! really) and keep on with it. So here I am!

Well, my day hasn't been as great as I thought it'll be. I was constantly worried and anxious about things and I known it in my heart that I'm not supposed to but it doeasnt make it any better!

And I found out that my insomnia can actually relate to my GAD since it stops me from sleeping correctly. Ah, another thing to worry about, I guess!

And it isn't helping that my little sister is sick!! Now whenever I pass her room, my anxiety levels rise!! I (am not one to actually tell anyone about my worry for my family members coz DUH!) just let it be.

Agh... Now I wish I was in deep meditation!!
